Equipment
For those who are new to hockey and are unsure what equipment you will be required to get here’s a list of equipment you will be needing.
You will need to purchase
1 mouthgaurd
1 hockey stick, this should be hip height – note if you are not intending to play hockey seriously you don’t need the most expensive of sticks just one that feels right to you, to pick a stick you should ask the sales assistant if you can push, hit, dribble the ball in an available space to help pick the right stick for you. We have a water turf so a stick should last you several seasons.
Beginning players should look for a flexible stick with good shock absorption.
Advanced players may prefer a stiffer stick for increased power.
Socks – these are available from the club for $15
Depending on how you feel you may also want bike shorts – our senior women play in skirts.

Positions available from Juniors through to Seniors in managing and coaching positions.
Its great way to get involved and support the development of players through hockey at a variety of levels and ages.
